Terry Childers is an associate in Powell Goldstein LLP's Business and Finance group. Mr. Childers' representative experience includes:
- M&A/Corporate Finance, including the representation of public and private companies, SPACs and REITs in connection with general corporate law, mergers/acquisitions and credit facilities;
- Securities, including the representation of publicly held companies in connection with public reporting requirements under federal securities law, shareholder communications and corporate governance; and

Private Equity, including fund formation, management buyouts and all stages of investment (from seed investments to recapitalizations) involving the issuance or purchase of equity, debt and convertible securities.
Mr. Childers is a member of Powell Goldstein LLP's Securities, REIT and SPAC groups and Private Equity Team, and holds a JD/MBA joint degree from the University of Florida.
