Anthony Boggs concentrates in the areas of taxation and business transactions with particular emphasis in the partnership taxation and real estate taxation areas. Mr. Boggs has substantial experience in structuring business and real estate transactions to achieve client goals in a tax advantageous manner.

Mr. Boggs also has substantial experience negotiating and drafting partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, and tenancy-in-common agreements involving real estate and has counseled numerous real estate investors and developers with respect to structuring tax advantaged real estate acquisitions and dispositions, the tax aspects of real estate joint ventures and financings involving partnerships and limited liability companies, structuring forward and reverse Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, including exchanges of tenancy-in-common interests.
