David M. Armitage serves as Department Manager of the Firm's Corporate and Technology department and sits on the Firm's Executive Committee. He represents financial institutions, individuals and other business entities involved in the aviation industry. His transactional experience has included sales and purchases of large commercial and corporate aircraft; synthetic, leveraged and single investor lease structures and operating leases; engine leases and pool agreements; pilot services contracts; secured loans and securitizations.

During his twenty-nine years at the Firm, Mr. Armitage also has emphasized the areas of mergers and acquisitions; leveraged and synthetic lease finance; asset-based finance; equipment leasing; and secured transactions. Representative clients have included senior and subordinated lenders, foreign and domestic banks, Fortune 1000 companies and business entities of all sizes engaged in the manufacturing and service industries.
