Mr. Durrett has extensive experience working with investors, developers, lenders and major corporations in complex commercial real estate transactions with a strong concentration in the acquisition and development of medical office properties. Additionally, he regularly represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, retail and industrial properties.

Mr. Durrett's representative matters includes:

• The acquisition, financing and development of large mixed-use projects, shopping centers and residential communities.

• Involvement in several condominium projects and planned communities, as well as the preparation of all relevant formation and homeowners' association documents.

Mr. Durrett was recently named as Hiring Partner for the Charlotte office.
