Amber A. Nash concentrates in financial institutions law with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and securities law issues. Ms. Nash organizes de novo financial institutions and their holding companies, including raising capital for new and existing entities. She handles purchases and sales of financial institutions and bank holding companies, as well as corporate reorganizations such as "going private" transactions. Ms. Nash advises financial institutions and their holding companies on the resolution of regulatory issues, the preparation and filing of annual and quarterly reports, proxy solicitation requirements and other securities law issues. Ms. Nash also counsels clients on corporate governance issues including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nash was a Private Wealth Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs and a Marketing Manager for two start-up technology organizations.
