Mr. Baldino concentrates his practice in capital markets transactions. He assists with the representation of institutional lenders as well as master and special loan servicers in connection with the negotiation, documentation and financing of both unsecuritized and securitized commercial real estate loans. Mr. Baldino also has experience in CMBS mortgage originations as well as the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate matters.
