Mr. Hauck's practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on antitrust matters. Mr. Hauck assists clients with antitrust issues related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing of intellectual property, price discrimination, exclusive dealing arrangements and Section 1 conspiracy claims.

While obtaining his law degree, Mr. Hauck complimented his course work with his involvement on the Virginia Tax Review and the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and served as treasurer of the Federalist Society. Before attending law school, Mr. Hauck was selected as a Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute.
