Ms. Arogeti is an associate in the firm's Business & Finance section. She concentrates her practice on assisting with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general securities law matters.
Ms. Arogeti's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, equity offerings and reorganizations. In addition, Ms. Arogeti counsels public companies on the preparation and filing of reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Arogeti's past experience includes working at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where she assisted the Trial Unit with various high profile securities and insider trading cases.
In 2007, Ms. Arogeti graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as a graduate research assistant for two graduate-level professors in the Robinson College of Business and as a member of the Georgia State University Law Review, where her student note was selected for publication.
