Mr. Rogers practice focuses on coordinating and handling title and survey closing matters for the firm's Commercial Syndicated Loan Practice. With over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate transaction industry, Mr. Rogers has a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate title matters and has significant experience in resolving complex title and survey issues.

Most recently, Mr. Rogers served as Vice President and Area Counsel for LandAmerica/Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and was the Major Transactions Counsel for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation in Georgia. He spent more than twenty years with Lawyers Title, where he started as Georgia State Counsel in 1987.

In 2007, Mr. Rogers was named Title Person of the Year by the Dixie Land Title Association, which is made up of title insurance professionals from Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. Mr. Rogers is the first Georgian to win this award in over eight years.
