Mr. Walk is an associate with Powell Goldstein LLP's Real Estate Capital Markets team where his practice focuses on the representation of commercial mortgage loan originators and servicers in connection with negotiation, documentation and financing of both securitized and unsecuritized commercial real estate loans. Additionally, Mr. Walk assists clients with loan portfolio acquisitions and sales, REMIC modifications and assumptions, workouts and other sophisticated transactions.
In addition to his transactional services, Mr. Walk has state and federal litigation experience representing clients in real estate, commercial, and product liability litigation.
During law school, Mr. Walk served two years on the Texas Tech Law Review and was the recipient of several honors and awards including the Jurisprudence Award for Superior Academic Achievement in Transactional Practice and the CALI Award for Superior Academic Achievement in Evidence.
