Ms. Simpson is an associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets group. Her practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate and lending, with an emphasis on CMBS loan origination and servicing matters. Ms. Simpson is experienced in office, retail and industrial real estate transactions, including drafting various transaction documents, coordinating closings and conducting time-sensitive due diligence.

Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Ms. Simpson was with Geary, Porter & Donovan, P.C.
