Jennifer Faucett is a member of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group. Her practice concentration is on structuring employee benefit plans, ERISA issues, and developing executive compensation packages.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Faucett was a consultant with the Compensation and Benefits practice of KPMG and then with Smart Business Advisory and Consulting. In that role, Ms. Faucett provided consulting services for compensation and benefits issues, such as conducting coverage testing for benefit plans, designing new benefit programs, and analysis of golden parachute issues.
