Karen W. Neely is an associate with Powell Goldstein LLP's Labor, Employment, and Immigration Practice Group. In her litigation practice, Karen defends employers against discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, and the FLSA. In addition to litigation, she advises employers on preventive management including the development of effective personnel policies and practices on harassment, hiring, and termination. Karen's practice also includes counseling employers on compliance with state employment laws.
Prior to attending law school, Karen worked for four years as a pharmaceutical representative with an international pharmaceutical manufacturer. |
