Brad Lefkowitz focuses his practice on commercial real estate and lending transactions. He works on matters concerning the acquisition, development, structuring, leasing and financing of commercial real estate projects, including multifamily housing, office buildings, regional and strip shopping centers, and retail and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Mr. Lefkowitz was an associate with Krooth & Altman LLP, where he had extensive experience representing lenders issuing multifamily mortgage loans insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
