Ms. Crockett is an associate in the Business and Finance department where she concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity and corporate finance.

Ms. Crockett's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, equity offerings and credit facilities. In addition, Ms. Crockett counsels public companies on the preparation and filing of reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In May 2006, Ms. Crockett received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, she served as Associate Lead Articles Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review.
