Amy Blackburn Wages' practice concentrates on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and business law. Additionally, Amy represents domestic and international clients in aviation transactions involving the acquisition, financing, fractional ownership and leasing of new and used corporate aircraft, including import/export, completion, charter, timeshare and shared use agreements, maintenance, ownership structure and operational issues as well as the purchase, sale and lease of ex-commercial aircraft fleets, engines and aircraft parts. Amy also represents a cargo air carrier and other aviation-related businesses in acquisitions, financing and general corporate matters.

From 1996 to 1997, Amy was a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. In addition, Amy served as a clerk for the Honorable K. Dawson Jackson, Chief Judge of Gwinnett Superior Court in Georgia, from 1994 to 1996.
