Mr. Hough is a member of the Business & Finance Practice Group. He brings a wide range of experience encompassing Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions and has represented numerous issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Mr. Hough also represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial transactions, including the formation of partnerships, strategic alliances and joint ventures, OEM/licensing transactions and outsourcing agreements with significant representions of communications, life sciences, and technology clients.

Mr. Hough most recently served as the General Counsel and a Board Member of Gate Gourmet Americas, an airline caterer operating in 29 countries and portfolio company of the Texas Pacific Group. Prior to Gate Gourmet, Mr. Hough practiced law with a leading New York law firm.
