Robin R. Green's practice focuses primarily in the area of real estate finance and commercial mortgage-backed securities. Ms. Green has been active in the real estate securitization market since 1991 with the issuance of the Resolution Trust Corporation's first "M Series" securitization. She represents various lenders, master and special servicers, and real estate investors in all aspects of the market from loan origination through the final resolution of the securitized asset with a special focus on origination, restructuring and workout. Her practice also encompasses traditional real estate matters, including structured financing, acquisition, disposition and leasing.
