Kyle B. Beaty has extensive experience in securitizations, master servicing, special servicing and loan origination. He has represented commercial mortgage loan originators and servicers in connection with the negotiation and closing of pooling and servicing agreements, loan portfolio acquisitions and sales, REMIC modifications and assumptions, workouts and other sophisticated transactions. In addition, Mr. Beaty has developed and administered commercial mortgage loan closing programs for several national commercial mortgage lenders.

Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Mr. Beaty practiced law at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. In addition, he held senior management and in-house counsel positions with a major commercial mortgage servicer.
