Merri Henry McCoy has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. Her practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate and lending, with an emphasis on CMBS loan servicing matters and commercial lending. Ms. McCoy is experienced in the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial properties (hotel, retail, office, industrial and multifamily), leasing, loan purchases and sales, loan securitizations, loan workouts/modifications and equity participations, as well as corporate credit facilities.

Ms. McCoy's previous experience includes serving as deputy general counsel for a publicly traded financial services company. In addition to her in-house tenure, she was associated with the Dallas offices of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., Andrews & Kurth, L.L.P and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
