Carol Johnson focuses her practice on commercial real estate and finance law. Ms. Johnson's prior experience includes being the manager of legal and administration for the JAI Corporation in Dallas, prior to which she was in-house counsel at Prentiss Properties Limited, Inc. in Dallas. She previously worked in the real estate departments of Rosenman & Colin in New York and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
