Margaret Redman concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate finance and development.

Ms. Redman's representative experience includes:

• Representing investors and developers in state and federal tax credit developments
• Drafting and negotiating retail and office leases
• Negotiating and drafting easement agreements on behalf of commercial real estate developers
• Representing national lenders in the drafting and negotiation of loan documents.

Ms. Redman's community service activities are as follows:

• Member, Board of Directors, the Names Foundation, Owner of the AIDS Memorial Quilt
• Coordinate pro bono legal services for the Names Foundation
• Provide pro bono legal services for various firm clients
• Coordinate firm sponsorship of Annual Race Around Peachtree Battle to benefit the Atlanta Union Mission
