Vjollca Prroni serves as analyst in Powell Goldstein's Securities, Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation and Special Matters and Investigations practice groups. Among other things, Ms. Prroni conducts investigative work and analysis of factual, financial and industry information and civil, criminal, disciplinary and administrative proceedings, concerning the various parties and issues involved in matters handled by these practice groups.
Ms. Prroni is also the firm's Court Liaison serving the Litigation Department as a resource in dealing with the Georgia and Federal trial and appellate courts, and a member of Powell Goldstein's E-discovery Team working closely with attorneys in assisting clients in dealing with electronic discovery issues.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Prroni served as the law clerk for the Chief Justice of Albania and worked as an attorney in the Codification Department of the Ministry of Justice of Albania.
