Anna Nicole Smith's mother has filed a second lawsuit related to accusations that her daughter's former lawyer tried to defame her.

John Patton, one of Howard Stern's attorneys, called Arthur's latest lawsuit "frivolous litigation."

"We don't think the allegations are based on any facts that actually exist," he said Tuesday.
