Further, each Client and its Authorized Users are only allowed to access that part of the Extranet relating to that Client, and no other part of the Client Extranet. The complete nature of the legal services being provided to each Client is covered by the Client's Engagement Letter and/or Engagement Agreement with Powell Goldstein LLP , which governs the advice and services that Powell Goldstein LLP provides to each such Client.
