A Bachelor's degree is required and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal training program is preferred.

What does the Paralegal Program consist of?

We are extremely proud of our expanding Paralegal Program. The program consists of a host of professional development resources including: a monthly Lunch 'n Learn training seminar; a mentor program; and annual paralegal outing; a paralegal holiday party; paid outside training seminars; and paid memberships in professional associations.

What is the annual billable hour requirement for paralegals?

Paralegals are expected to bill a minimum of 1560 hours per year.
