If you are employed into an eligible category, you may enroll with little or no waiting period. When you become eligible for a specific benefit, a Human Resources representative will notify you. The representative will then provide you with a complete description of your benefits and the various options that are available to you. The Firm pays a significant portion of the cost for many of its plans. The cost that you share is contingent upon your position within the Firm. Your share of the benefit cost will be handled through payroll deduction.
