Experienced attorney candidates may find our employment openings online, in legal publications or by referral from current attorneys. We generally conduct two rounds of interviews for lateral candidates. After collecting evaluation forms from all interviewers, the practice group leader meets with the hiring partner and the recruitment staff to make decisions and structure offers.
Depending upon the circumstances of each candidate, the Firm may ask for information in addition to a resume and law school transcript. Examples of further information might include a "deal sheet," or a list of transactions in which a candidate has participated; professional references; a proposal for entering a practice group; a writing sample; or other data. Offers to lateral candidates are contingent upon a clear conflicts check and positive professional references.
