• Represented a major U.S. energy company in arbitration cases involving several hundred million dollars related to the largest power market contract in the energy industry
• Successfully defended an independent trust company against charges of fiduciary breach and violations of ERISA
• Successfully defended a major food manufacturer in an age discrimination class action
• Served as lead counsel in a professional malpractice case on behalf of eight of the nation's largest banks
• Successfully defended individual and corporate fiduciaries in will contests and against claims of improper trust and estate administration, undue influence, self-dealing, and breach of fiduciary duty
• Successfully defended a Fortune 100 company in a federal and state class action antitrust litigation involving alleged price fixing

• Represented the FDIC in its investigation into the failure of a $16 billion national bank
• Successfully defended a major telecommunications corporation in several actions in which former contractors asserted claims for fraud and racial discrimination
