We are pleased to announce that the District of Columbia has engaged Powell Goldstein to represent the City in the redevelopment of the Old Convention Center Site, a 9.4 acre project in downtown Washington, D.C. deemed by many to be one of the most valuable undeveloped parcels of land in the District.
