Greater Atlanta Bar-B-Q is looking to finance its operations through the use of cash collateral.

As of the filing, Textron was due $6.57 million, while GE Capital was due more than $2 million.

Maitland, Fla.-based Sonny's Franchise Co., which is not involved in the bankruptcy, has been in business for more than 40 years and has more than 130 restaurants in the Southeast.

The debtor listed between $1 million and $10 million in assets and debts in its petition.
