Penn Nicholson, a senior partner with Powell Goldstein LLP's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group, accompanied Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker to the summer meeting of the National Association of Attorneys General at which Mr. Baker was installed as president of the organization. Mr. Nicholson is beginning his tenth year as head of Mr. Baker's campaign organization.
