Private equity firms Navigation Capital Partners and VVS Capital, LLC have acquired James Brown Contracting, Inc., a freight carrier, and its subsidiaries Brown Trucking Company and JBT Brokerage, Inc. Navigation and VVS Capital formed James Brown Holdings, LP as part of the transaction.
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and John Hancock Life Insurance Company provided financing for the transaction.
