Stuart C. Johnson, a partner at Powell Goldstein, has been named chairman of the Association for Corporate Growth's 2010 InterGrowth Conference, which ACG bills as the world's largest gathering of middle-market dealmakers. It will be held in Miami. The ACG's members are private equity professionals, lenders, investment bankers, lawyers and others who work with middle-market companies.
