Introduction of Legislation to Expand Federal 340B Drug Discount Program - Larry Gage press conference

Larry Gage appeared last week at a press conference together with several members of Congress to announce the introduction of legislation to expand the federal 340B drug discount program to include inpatient drugs. This will generate considerable savings for hospitals that participate in this program. For example, a survey of just 15 Florida hospitals estimated annual savings of $93 million.
