• Represented a military aircraft parts supplier in a protest of a contract award to a competitor before the General Accounting Office, obtaining a contract award for a client
• Prevailed in protests at the General Accounting Office involving challenges to the terms of solicitations, obtaining correction of the solicitation defects identified
• Represented pharmaceutical companies in successfully protesting the terms of major prescription drug and national formulary contract solicitations by the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs

• Represented a military submarine parts supplier in a protest before the General Accounting Office of a contract award to a competitor, obtaining a contract award for the client
• Represented a contractor in litigation in the United States Court of Federal Claims protesting a procurement decision made pursuant to OMB A-76
• Represented a major transportation company in a protest before the Alaska State agency that conducted the procurement, challenging its award to a competitor and obtaining for our client the opportunity to submit a new offer
• Advised and assisted clients in the submission of proposals for inclusion in the GSA Federal Supply Schedules
• Negotiated a teaming agreement between a major aerospace defense contractor and an electronic subcontractor to form a successful proposal for NASA missile procurement
