We successfully guided a property and casualty insurance company to defeat legislation in the Georgia General Assembly which would have raised insurance rates across the state by as much as 150% which would have crippled our client. By running effective advertisements on local radio stations, we informed the public and lobbying members of the House leadership, of this legislation's potential affect, and were able to ensure our client's objectives were met.
