• Served as bond, bank, underwriters and special counsel for billions of dollars worth of secured or unsecured financings and public or private equity and note offerings registered under both U.S. and foreign securities laws, for technology, telecommunications, media, financial services, banking, health care and other companies in connection with the funding or refinancing of domestic and foreign projects, including energy facilities, airport facilities, water facilities, transportation infrastructure, other public improvements, a cement plant, hospitals and other health care facilities, hotels, convention centers, shopping centers or malls, apartment complexes and other industrial and commercial facilities

• Served as counsel to a foreign bank participating in multiple credit facilities to provide over $461 million in construction, working capital, tax-exempt and term financing for a cogeneration project in New Jersey
