Our generation expertise covers all technologies, from coal, oil, and gas- fired thermal plants to hydroelectric, and renewables projects. We help clients structure and negotiate project agreements including power sales agreements, thermal energy sales agreements, interconnection agreements, fuel procurement agreements, transmission service agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements. We also help clients negotiate with government agencies for permitting and siting, and secure other necessary approvals from regulatory agencies.
