Clients need adept guidance through complex development, construction and zoning issues facing projects; they must comply with wide-ranging federal, state and local requirements while accommodating a mixture of residential, commercial, office, retail, hotel, public transportation and other uses.
The firm is special counsel to the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA") for all transit-oriented development, which currently involves major projects throughout metropolitan Atlanta.
Together, we have structured, negotiated and documented these complex transactions for MARTA:

- Abernathy Road Park and Ride Lot - Office-hotel-retail project to be built on former transit park-and-ride lot under ground leases
- Private Parking Facilities - Privately owned parking decks with retail amenities to be constructed at several transit stations by a major corporation for use by its employees and business visitors
