The members of our financial institutions group have worked with banks across the country for many years and offer clients a broad spectrum of practical experience and legal knowledge of the structure and regulation of financial institutions. We emphasize hands-on experience, and our team includes three 25-year veterans of banking law, a former regulator, two former bank officers and a CPA who formerly audited banks.
