- Represented lessor partnerships in over $25 million of sale-leaseback financing for the computer building and laboratory facilities of a large regional development agency in Alabama and Tennessee
- Served as counsel for a public fund's purchase of approximately $400 million of FHA-insured multi-family mortgage loans in the secondary market
- Served as underwriter's counsel for financing of various multi-family housing projects in Arizona, Illinois and Minnesota through financing structures involving combinations of FHA insurance, GNMA guaranties, bank letters of credit and tax-exempt bonds
- Counseled lenders for various workouts and foreclosures of distressed real estate projects, including hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings and retail facilities with taxable and tax-exempt financing as well as new loans, construction loans and modifications of existing loans on performing assets
- Served as lender's counsel for subordinate financing of a large shopping center in metropolitan Atlanta
- Served as counsel to purchaser/lessor in sale-leaseback of a large office building in downtown Atlanta
