Our service-oriented team shoulders the bureaucratic and regulatory burdens and ensures compliance of the immigration laws by representing clients before the various federal agencies charged with administering the complex immigration laws, such as the USCIS, the State Department and its U.S. consulate and embassies and the Department of Labor.
Our team consists of attorneys active in immigration on a national and international level. The team includes a former Chapter President and Board of Governors member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The attorneys speak regularly on immigration law and serve as national liaisons to the various USCIS and DOL agencies and consular corps.
