Powell Goldstein's immigration team advises and assists businesses and investors in facilitating the entry of executives, managers, professionals and essential technical personnel to work in the United States . We also handle outbound placement of executives. Our clients range from multi-national conglomerates to individual investors. We represent clients before the various federal agencies charged with administering the complex immigration laws, such as the INS, the State Department and the Department of Labor.
