We represented a leading provider of international telecommunications satellite services in connection with the Open-market Reorganization for the Betterment of International Telecommunications Act of 2000 (ORBIT).

We served as counsel to a legislative coalition of all members of the U.S. long distance telecommunications industry. The coalition was created to enact the Telecommunications Reform Act of 1996, which opened national and local telecommunications markets to competition on terms generally favorable to the long distance industry.
