Directions

PLEASE NOTE: As part of the 14th Street Bridge Improvement Project, Techwood Drive between 16th Street and 10th Street is currently closed to traffic and will remain closed until Summer 2009. Traffic heading Southbound on I-75 or I-85 cannot exit at 10th and 14th Streets but can detour to exit at 17th Street.

As of October 30, 2008, the westbound lane of 16th Street between Spring and Williams Streets has been closed until winter 2009.  This closure will not affect travel to our office, but may affect the route visitors take when leaving Powell Goldstein.  Travelers are no longer able to access Williams Street/the 75N on ramp from 16th Street.  They will instead be directed to take a left onto Spring Street and then to take a right onto 14th Street where they will be able to turn right onto Williams Street/the 75N on ramp.

From the Airport:
Hartsfield International Airport serves the Atlanta metropolitan area. If traveling from the airport:

• Merge onto I-85N, heading toward Atlanta/I-75N.
• Take Exit 250 (10th/14th Street/Georgia Tech).
• Cross 10th Street and continue on the exit ramp to 14th Street.
• Turn right onto 14th Street.
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto West Peachtree Street.
• Then make an immediate left turn into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.
• After you've parked, if your appointment is in One Atlantic Center, take the elevator to the Concourse Level (Level C). Proceed through the concourse and then take the escalator up to the lobby level. Turn right to reach the elevator banks. Powell Goldstein's main reception area is on the 14th floor.
• Our office also is accessible from the airport by MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). (See MARTA directions below.)

From Northside Drive Exit off I-75 South:

• From I-75S exit Northside Drive.
• Turn right off of the exit and follow Northside Drive until you reach the 17th Street intersection.
• Turn left onto 17th Street and follow to Spring Street.
• Make a right onto Spring Street.
• Follow Spring Street and turn left into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.

By MARTA:
Our Atlanta office is in close proximity to MARTA's Arts Center Station.

• The North/South train serves the Arts Center Station.
• From the station, walk one block south on West Peachtree Street.
• The One Atlantic Center building will be on your left, at the corner of West Peachtree and 14th streets. In One Atlantic Center, our Firm's main reception area is on the 14th floor.
