DIRECTIONS

PLEASE NOTE: As part of the 14th Street Bridge Improvement Project, Techwood Drive between 16th Street and 10th Street will close due to traffic on February 9th and will remain closed until Summer 2009. Traffic heading Southbound on I-75 or I-85 will not be able to access 14th or 10th Street and will be detoured to 17th Street. Traffic will also be encouraged to exit at Northside Drive.

From the Airport

Hartsfield International Airport serves the Atlanta metropolitan area. If driving from the airport:

• Merge onto I-85N, heading toward Atlanta/I-75N.
• Take Exit 250 (10th/14th Street/Georgia Tech).
• Cross 10th Street and continue on the exit ramp to 14th Street.
• Turn right onto 14th Street.
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto West Peachtree Street.
• Then make an immediate left turn into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.
• After you've parked, if your appointment is in One Atlantic Center, take the elevator to the Concourse Level (Level C). Proceed through the concourse and then take the escalator up to the lobby level. Turn right to reach the elevator banks. Powell Goldstein's main reception area is on the 14th floor.
• Our office also is accessible from the airport by MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). (See MARTA directions below.)

If Northbound

If you're traveling on I-75/I-85 North to our midtown Atlanta office:

• Take Exit 250 (10th/14th Street/Georgia Tech).
• Cross 10th Street and continue on the exit ramp to 14th Street.
• Turn right onto 14th Street.
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto West Peachtree Street.
• Then make an immediate left turn into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.

If Southbound

If you're traveling on I-75 South to our midtown Atlanta office:

• Exit at 16th Street.
• Make a right onto 16th, followed by a right onto Market Street
• Cross over bridge and make a right onto Spring Street.
• Follow Spring Street and turn left into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.

If you're traveling on I-85 South to our midtown Atlanta office:

• Exit at 17th Street.
• Make a left onto 17th, cross over bridge and make a right onto Spring Street.
• Follow Spring Street and turn left into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.

From Northside Drive Exit off I-75

• From I-75S exit Northside Drive.
• Turn right off of the exit and follow Northside Drive until you reach the 14th Street intersection.
• Turn left onto 14th Street and follow to West Peachtree Street.
• Turn left onto West Peachtree Street.
• Then make an immediate left turn into the One Atlantic Center parking garage.

By MARTA

• Our Atlanta office is in close proximity to MARTA's Arts Center Station:
• The North/South train serves the Arts Center Station.
• From the station, walk one block south on West Peachtree Street.
• The One Atlantic Center building will be on your left, at the corner of West Peachtree and 14th streets. In One Atlantic Center, our Firm's main reception area is on the 14th floor.
