As an example of the past still being part of the present of the Firm, two of our distinguished attorneys, Mr. Elliott Goldstein and Mr. David Ginsburg, still participate in Firm events. Elliott Goldstein is the son of Max Goldstein, a named partner of the Firm, and is still regarded as one of the most formidable lawyers in the United States. He chaired the ABA Committee on Corporate Laws, which revised the Model Business Corporation Act and the Corporate Directors Guidebook, recognized resources for corporate lawyers and directors. Mr. Ginsburg was a dedicated public servant who helped shape many enduring policies and administrative procedures that continue to benefit our nation.

Since founding the Firm from our original office in Atlanta, Georgia, we have grown to include offices in Washington, D.C., Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina and represent major corporations and organizations throughout the world. Our Washington, D.C. office has a strong representation in health care policy matters, tax, energy, government contracts and government affairs. Our Dallas, Texas office has strong representation in real estate finance and commercial mortgage backed securities. Our first and foremost interest is serving our clients' interests in an increasingly complex world.
