Diversity

Powell Goldstein LLP has a longstanding commitment to corporate diversity. One of the Firm's strengths is our diverse workforce, and we continually work toward a more balanced and representative partnership. Powell Goldstein's commitment to diversity extends also to our approach to client representation by offering superior legal services through a more diverse team of lawyers.

It is the Firm's policy to provide equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, pregnancy, childbirth, veteran status, ancestry, age and disability or any other attribute or characteristic protected by law. This policy applies to all recruitment, hiring, promotion and compensation as well as all aspects of the employer-employee relationship

Powell Goldstein's Diversity Committee has been in place and active for years, drawing on partners and associates alike, not only to ensure our commitment to diversity as a strategic goal, but to foster and celebrate diversity within our ranks in meaningful ways.
